David was an amazing agent to work with! He helped us through our search for our first home and we couldn’t be happier! We are a military family that has done numerous moves over the years. Mr. Keehner has, by far, been our best Realtor yet. While we had only known him for a short time, he had gained our confidence and trust in him as a person and a Realtor to the point that we even made an offer on a home we had yet to see in person as we were unable to make the trip to Ottawa from the city in which we were posted at the time. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were apprehensive at first about getting into the market to see what we could come up with to start the next chapter in our life. David took all of that tension away right off the start when I met him for the first time. Being in the military, and not living in the same city as my wife for the moment, clearly was a challenge for David to work with. We owe him nothing but thanks for all of the hard work he gave us and the hoops that he had to jump through in order to accommodate us. David would not hesitate to arrange multiple showings for the same property in order to offer me an opportunity to see any given property, and had no issue at all to work around my schedule and time off from work, including evenings and weekends. There were times when I could not be there with my wife for the first showing and David always went the extra mile to accommodate that, as well as to do extra research to bring other properties to our attention that we overlooked. He always made sure that things were clear to us, and offered us great suggestions and advice on things that my wife and I may have overlooked.
