David was referred to me through a mutual friend. I had a home to be sold and I gave David a call and he met my wife and I at the home. He was very sincere and honest. He priced our home right and as a sales representative he went above and beyond to help my wife and I. He was very thorough and would always have the answers to any questions that we had. When the sale of the home was completed, David still kept in touch to see how things were going and that everything was all satisfactory. We are a military family that has done numerous moves over the years. Mr. Keehner has, by far, been our best Realtor yet. David was a Real Estate Angel for me. My mother and grandmother recently passed away and I was appointed executor and had to take care of the sale of their home. We had to sort through everything in the house, clean, make repairs, and move out lots of things in order to get the home ready for listing. David went above and beyond. He was there, "hands on", when the crunch was on and helped with many of the things that needed to be done like power washing the deck, installing outdoor lighting, restoring hardwood floors... and so much more. All the while still giving experienced advice about many other matters that would help in the speedy sale of the home. 

He was always available to talk whenever I called, or to meet with me when I needed to. He answered messages timely and always kept me up to date with showing activity, even when nothing was to report.
