We are a military family that has done numerous moves over the years. Mr. Keehner has, by far, been our best Realtor yet. While we had only known him for a short time, he had gained our confidence and trust in him as a person and a Realtor to the point that we even made an offer on a home we had yet to see in person as we were unable to make the trip to Ottawa from the city in which we were posted at the time. In the end, our offer to buy that home was not accepted, but the home we did buy closed weeks before we arrived in Ottawa. Just a word about David Keehner, Sales Representative of Royal LePage. I consider it fortunate that David was my agent in a recent sale of my home. For the first 2 weeks after listing, the market for sales seemed quite flat, but even so David had many positive words to say so as to buoy my hopes for an early sale. As a first time home buyer, I knew I was in for an overwhelming experience. When my offer was accepted I was ecstatic, but when my mortgage broker started to waiver on her abilities it was David who kept me sane and worked with the sellers to reassure them that it was not my fault that the financing wasn't coming through as expected. After nearly 4 dreadful weeks waiting for a response from her it was David who suggested I use his mortgage broker. I took a leap of faith and after only 48 hours my financing was approved and I was in my new home 1 week later!
