David was referred to me through a mutual friend. I had a home to be sold and I gave David a call and he met my wife and I at the home. He was very sincere and honest. He priced our home right and as a sales representative he went above and beyond to help my wife and I. He was very thorough and would always have the answers to any questions that we had. When the sale of the home was completed, David still kept in touch to see how things were going and that everything was all satisfactory. To anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home, I would highly recommend David. I do not think anyone will be disappointed with his service. David is a genuinely all round nice guy and always has his clients best interests at heart!

We are a military family that has done numerous moves over the years. Mr. Keehner has, by far, been our best Realtor yet. While we had only known him for a short time, he had gained our confidence and trust in him as a person and a Realtor to the point that we even made an offer on a home we had yet to see in person as we were unable to make the trip to Ottawa from the city in which we were posted at the time. In the end, our offer to buy that home was not accepted, but the home we did buy closed weeks before we arrived in Ottawa. We were unconcerned over this as Mr. Keehner, as our trusted man on the ground, took care of our interests in our absence above and beyond what was strictly required of him as our Realtor. Derek and I truly lucked out the day we spontaneously walked into the Hazeldean Royal Lepage branch where you introduced yourself to us. We were seriously contemplating a move from Quebec to Ontario to be closer to our family. Our first meeting with you was very favourable. You took the time to write down our wish list which included our budget and preferred locations. We regularly received new listings to browse over and you made the arrangements for us to visit them at our convenience. Thanks to your hard work and commitment you eventually found our new home that we absolutely love, as do our family and friends. Our three grown children were also extremely impressed by your numerous acts of kindness and loyalty to us. Finding us a Doctor too was such a bonus. They too would not hesitate to recommend you to their friends and colleagues. David, you went above and beyond our expectation of a sales representative. David was an amazing agent to work with! He helped us through our search for our first home and we couldn’t be happier! Being first time home buyers and never having been through the process, David really stepped up for us. He guided us through the entire thing! Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were apprehensive at first about getting into the market to see what we could come up with to start the next chapter in our life. David took all of that tension away right off the start when I met him for the first time. Being in the military, and not living in the same city as my wife for the moment, clearly was a challenge for David to work with. We owe him nothing but thanks for all of the hard work he gave us and the hoops that he had to jump through in order to accommodate us. David would not hesitate to arrange multiple showings for the same property in order to offer me an opportunity to see any given property, and had no issue at all to work around my schedule and time off from work, including evenings and weekends. There were times when I could not be there with my wife for the first showing and David always went the extra mile to accommodate that, as well as to do extra research to bring other properties to our attention that we overlooked. He always made sure that things were clear to us, and offered us great suggestions and advice on things that my wife and I may have overlooked. To anyone in the National Capital Region looking to purchase a home I highly suggest paying a visit to David Keehner, he will not let you down! This was definitely a positive experience for us as first time home buyers.

Just a word about David Keehner, Sales Representative of Royal LePage. I consider it fortunate that David was my agent in a recent sale of my home. For the first 2 weeks after listing, the market for sales seemed quite flat, but even so David had many positive words to say so as to buoy my hopes for an early sale. Within 3 weeks he had my home sold for nearly 99% of the listing price! I would certainly recommend David as a sales agent to anyone wishing a tireless worker to work on their behalf.
