Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were apprehensive at first about getting into the market to see what we could come up with to start the next chapter in our life. David took all of that tension away right off the start when I met him for the first time. Being in the military, and not living in the same city as my wife for the moment, clearly was a challenge for David to work with. We owe him nothing but thanks for all of the hard work he gave us and the hoops that he had to jump through in order to accommodate us. David would not hesitate to arrange multiple showings for the same property in order to offer me an opportunity to see any given property, and had no issue at all to work around my schedule and time off from work, including evenings and weekends. There were times when I could not be there with my wife for the first showing and David always went the extra mile to accommodate that, as well as to do extra research to bring other properties to our attention that we overlooked. He always made sure that things were clear to us, and offered us great suggestions and advice on things that my wife and I may have overlooked. To anyone in the National Capital Region looking to purchase a home I highly suggest paying a visit to David Keehner, he will not let you down! This was definitely a positive experience for us as first time home buyers.

David was an amazing agent to work with! He helped us through our search for our first home and we couldn’t be happier! Derek and I truly lucked out the day we spontaneously walked into the Hazeldean Royal Lepage branch where you introduced yourself to us. We were seriously contemplating a move from Quebec to Ontario to be closer to our family. Our first meeting with you was very favourable. You took the time to write down our wish list which included our budget and preferred locations. We regularly received new listings to browse over and you made the arrangements for us to visit them at our convenience. Thanks to your hard work and commitment you eventually found our new home that we absolutely love, as do our family and friends. Our three grown children were also extremely impressed by your numerous acts of kindness and loyalty to us. Finding us a Doctor too was such a bonus. They too would not hesitate to recommend you to their friends and colleagues. David, you went above and beyond our expectation of a sales representative. As a first time home buyer, I knew I was in for an overwhelming experience. When my offer was accepted I was ecstatic, but when my mortgage broker started to waiver on her abilities it was David who kept me sane and worked with the sellers to reassure them that it was not my fault that the financing wasn't coming through as expected. After nearly 4 dreadful weeks waiting for a response from her it was David who suggested I use his mortgage broker. I took a leap of faith and after only 48 hours my financing was approved and I was in my new home 1 week later! David exceeded all my expectations as an agent and I will never buy or sell without him. Thanks again David for helping me get my dream home!

David was referred to me through a mutual friend. I had a home to be sold and I gave David a call and he met my wife and I at the home. He was very sincere and honest. He priced our home right and as a sales representative he went above and beyond to help my wife and I. He was very thorough and would always have the answers to any questions that we had. When the sale of the home was completed, David still kept in touch to see how things were going and that everything was all satisfactory. To anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home, I would highly recommend David. I do not think anyone will be disappointed with his service. David is a genuinely all round nice guy and always has his clients best interests at heart!

David was a Real Estate Angel for me. My mother and grandmother recently passed away and I was appointed executor and had to take care of the sale of their home. We had to sort through everything in the house, clean, make repairs, and move out lots of things in order to get the home ready for listing. David went above and beyond. He was there, "hands on", when the crunch was on and helped with many of the things that needed to be done like power washing the deck, installing outdoor lighting, restoring hardwood floors... and so much more. All the while still giving experienced advice about many other matters that would help in the speedy sale of the home. 

He was always available to talk whenever I called, or to meet with me when I needed to. He answered messages timely and always kept me up to date with showing activity, even when nothing was to report. I had complete confidence in him and that made it so much easier to cope with all the emotions that I was experiencing. David got the home sold at a very fair price and took care of all the paperwork seamlessly, he handled everything (except for my inability to scan and send a signed document at midnight lol).
